What's guaranteed — and what's a surprise

Guaranteed: the size you choose, the right fit for your box, and two different designs — never the same design twice.

Not guaranteed: any specific design, colour or print placement. The designs pictured are examples; you won't receive all of them, and new designs are added over time.

If a design becomes unavailable, we substitute another approved design in your size. If we can't fill your size, we'll contact you before dispatch and you can choose a refund.

Fabric & care

For fabric composition and washing instructions, please refer to the care label on the garment.

Delivery

Your mystery pack is prepared after you order: we source and check your shirts, pack your order and dispatch it by courier. Your total waiting time includes preparation and courier delivery.

Shipping options and costs are shown at checkout, and tracking details are sent once your order has been dispatched.

Returns, exchanges & faulty items

Not loving a randomly picked design isn't a fault — but your rights always apply. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items (wrong size, wrong fit for your box, or the same design twice) are repaired, replaced or refunded in line with the Consumer Protection Act. Online orders also have a 7-day cooling-off period under the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act.

Size guide

  1. Lay a T-shirt that fits you well flat on a table.
  2. A: measure straight across the chest, armpit to armpit.
  3. B: measure from the highest point of the shoulder to the hem. Compare with the chart.

About the fit

Sizing can vary slightly between designs, so compare against a tee you already own rather than your usual size alone. Couples packs: choose each person's size separately.
